Kundalini Yoga with Pippa
MONDAYS 6:30 PM -7:30 PMA suggested donation for the class : $10, students $5
New to Yoga? - this practice will give you a great grounding in yoga philosophy and support any future yoga experience.
You have an established Practice? - This tradition of yoga has only a few yoga poses familiar in most regular yoga classes but it is a great compliment to a regular practice.
Curious to know yourself better? - this practice will give you technologies to enhance self-enquiry and can also enhance an existing spiritual journey.
This class uses the technology of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Chanting (don't freak out...it takes time to feel okay with chanting but it helps to open a space within us!).
Questions and discussions are encouraged and there are always alternatives to manage what does not feel available to you. Also note MANY parts of the practice can be done in a chair.
ALL ARE WELCOME!
If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me, Pippa, on 931-636-5317
